Download Remote Control App

Select your operating system to download the TEK Utah remote assistance client. This tool helps us provide efficient IT support for your systems.

Select your operating system:

Windows macOS (ARM64) macOS (Intel x64) Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) Android

After downloading, open tek-remote-client.exe to run the application. Follow any on-screen prompts.

After downloading, open tek-remote-access-macos-arm64.dmg. Drag the TEK Utah app icon into your Applications folder.

After downloading, open tek-remote-access-macos-x64.dmg. Drag the TEK Utah app icon into your Applications folder.

After downloading, open a terminal in the download directory and run the command:
sudo dpkg -i tek-remote-linux-debian-x86_64.deb

If you encounter dependency issues, try running:
sudo apt --fix-broken install

After downloading, open tek-remote-android.apk from your device's file manager or downloads notification.

You may need to allow installation from "Unknown Sources" in your Android Security settings if prompted.
